What is Mirc Glow?
Mirc Glow is a Korean-inspired skincare brand from Bhatkal, Karnataka. We make a small range of creams with avocado, glutathione and kojic acid for a smoother, more luminous, even-looking complexion. Read more about us.
What ingredients are in Mirc Glow products?
Most of our creams contain aloe vera, vitamin B3 and kojic acid. Avocado Glow Cream 15g keeps it to avocado and aloe vera, and Glass Glow Cream 30g uses glutathione, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, centella asiatica and alpha arbutin. Why is avocado used in the night creams?
Avocado gives a rich, cushioned feel that helps skin feel soft and moisturised overnight. It suits dry or tight-feeling skin best. More in our avocado cream guide.
What is glutathione in skincare?

What is kojic acid in skincare?
Kojic acid is a cosmetic ingredient used in routines that care for the look of uneven tone and dark spots. Wear sunscreen every morning when you use it. See kojic acid cream for dark spots.
Will the creams change my skin colour?
No. They are cosmetics for softer, smoother, brighter-looking skin. They do not change your natural skin tone.
Which product suits a simple night routine?

Using the creams
How should I introduce a new product?
Patch test behind the ear and wait 24 hours. Then start with every second night for two weeks before moving to nightly use. Introduce one new product at a time.
How do I use a Mirc Glow night cream?
After cleansing, apply a pea-sized amount to the face and neck as the last step of your evening routine. The full method is in how to apply night cream.
Can I use them every day?
Yes, once your skin is comfortable with them. Adjust the amount for the season and your skin type.
Can I layer two Mirc Glow creams?
Yes. Apply the lighter cream first and the richer one last. If your skin is sensitive, use one cream per night and alternate.
When should I apply sunscreen?
Every morning, as the last step of your routine, and reapply if you are outdoors. It matters most when your night cream contains kojic acid.
How long until I see a difference?
Skin often feels softer after the first night. A more even-looking tone usually takes eight to twelve weeks of nightly use with daily sunscreen.
What is a simple Korean-inspired routine?
Cleanse gently, add a hydrating toner if you like, and finish with a cream. In the morning, finish with sunscreen. Our routine builder gives you a plan for your skin type.
