Track Your Order
Want to know where your parcel is? Here is how to check.
Step 1: Find your tracking number
When your order is dispatched, the courier sends you a tracking number, also called an AWB number, by SMS, email or WhatsApp. Keep it handy.
If you have not received one yet, your order may still be getting packed. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 days.
Step 2: Check the status
Enter your tracking number on the courier's tracking page:
You can also send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will tell you where it is.
Need help?
If you cannot find your tracking number, or the status has not changed for more than three days, message us on WhatsApp at +91 99808 81230 with your order number or the phone number you ordered with. We will check it for you.
Useful to know
- Cash on Delivery orders. Please keep the amount ready when the courier calls.
- Missed delivery. The courier usually tries again. Keep your phone reachable.
- Damaged parcel. Please do not accept a parcel that is visibly damaged or opened. See our returns and refunds policy.
