What we collect
- Order details. When you order through our website checkout, WhatsApp or a payment link, we collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email address if you share it, and what you ordered.
- Payment details. If you pay online, your payment is handled by a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking password. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded.
- Messages. Anything you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Optional WhatsApp follow-up. At checkout you can tick a box to let us message you on WhatsApp about your order and related offers, even if you do not finish it. Only if you tick it, we keep your name and mobile number in our customer list for that purpose. You can ask us to stop at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp, and we will remove you. If you do not tick it, nothing is saved.
- Basic technical data. Our website host keeps standard server logs, such as your browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working. The website does not need an account or a login.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order.
- To contact you about your order, including delivery updates.
- To answer your questions.
- To send you news and offers, only if you ask us to. You can stop them at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal and tax requirements.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed, and only with:
- Courier and logistics partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
- Payment gateways (Razorpay), to process online payments and refunds. We never see or store your card details or UPI PIN.
- Service providers who host the website and the messaging tools we use.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide support, handle returns and meet legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing messages at any time. To do any of these, contact us using the details above. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Cookies
The website does not use login or advertising cookies. Your cart, recently viewed products and the delivery address you typed at checkout are saved only in your own browser (local storage) so you do not lose them; you can clear them at any time in your browser settings. When you pay online, Razorpay's payment window may set its own cookies to process the payment securely. If we add analytics in future, we will update this section first.
Security
The website uses a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
Our website is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
