I run Mirc Glow from Bhatkal, Karnataka, and I write the skincare guides on this website. I am not a doctor or dermatologist, and I never write as if I were one. What I do know well is our own creams, their ingredients, and the questions real customers ask us every day.

Where the guides come from

Most guides start with a question a customer sent us on WhatsApp. I answer it in plain English, check the facts against published ingredient research and our own product labels, and say clearly when something is not proven. I would rather tell you a cream works slowly than promise something it cannot do.
